[19th Jan 2026] We’re really pleased to share the outcome of our recent Ofsted inspection: 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬.
This reflects the work we do every day alongside learners from some of the most disadvantaged communities – removing barriers, building confidence, and creating calm, inclusive spaces where people feel respected, supported, and able to move forward.
Inspectors recognised the difference learning makes, noting that “learners’ lives improve significantly because of their learning” and that they become “increasingly independent and confident”. They also highlighted the positive learning environments we’re proud of, where diversity is valued and cultures are embraced.
Support beyond the classroom matters too. From free bus passes and flexible timetables to mental health support and one-to-one tutoring, we work hard to make sure practical challenges don’t become permanent barriers. Through our partnerships with the National Careers Service and the West Midlands Combined Authority, we continue to raise aspirations and open up routes into employment and further learning.
Ofsted also recognised the expertise of our tutors in creating “rich and helpful learning experiences that build learners’ confidence, communication and employability skills” and the organisation’s “unwavering commitment to inclusion in supporting learners to achieve ambitious goals”.
Most importantly, this recognition belongs to our learners. Your commitment, resilience, and pride in your progress were clear to inspectors, who noted that “learners are proud of the extensive and sometimes life-changing progress that they make.” We couldn’t be prouder to learn alongside you.
