As part of our learner support, EBCF provides careers advice and guidance to adults aged 19+ who are enrolled on our training programmes.
Our qualified careers advisers offer information, guidance and support tailored to each learner’s individual needs. Support may be provided through online meetings, telephone calls and face-to-face appointments.
We can help learners explore career options, identify suitable progression opportunities, develop their skills and overcome barriers that may affect their journey into further learning or employment.
